My name is Ina and I work full time in the IT business. Outside the working hours I like to spend my time cooking and baking, mostly baking! I don’t know where it starts, but the love for baking has grown on me and makes me secretly wants to be a baker. Or a pastry chef. It’s a dream of mine to open a tea room where you can get tasty tarts and fresh sandwich serve with local produces, all freshly made with love. For now, being a home baker would suit me just fine.

What do I like to bake? Everything! My baking wish list has grown so much, from brioche to lebkuchen, bordering on focaccia and panettone. While baking give me the happiness and the challenge, cooking completes it by making it a perfect meal. So from time to time, I hope I can post my cooking recipe as well.

This blog would hopefully serve to be my inspiration scrapbook. Though I won’t update it regularly, I would certainly try to keep it alive. But you can follow me on twitter if you like to know more about what tickle my interest, it would be mostly in English and Dutch.
